related requirements. We provide traditional, local contract attorneys who can report to the client site, and we
specialize in providing virtual contract attorneys who work remotely and have specialized and exceptional
experience and credentials. We have contract attorneys who are fluent in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German,
French, and other languages.
- All of our attorneys can help with due diligence, EDD, research & writing, subpoena management as well as
document review. Our attorneys are US based and educated with excellent credentials.*

Pricing
- Pricing plans for contract attorneys for Document Review projects are done on a case-by-case basis. The hourly
pricing is based on # of attorneys, duration of the project, and commitment made.

- Recruiting, interviewing, vetting and hiring of attorneys
- Payments to attorneys and handling of any/all tax and other issues
- Providing bi-weekly invoices and Billing Authorization Forms (time sheets) for all Attorneys to client with daily
- Working with client to coordinate interviews, project start-up and training
- Ongoing Project Management support
- All JurisClerks' Attorneys have computers and high-speed Internet access
