JurisClerks' Responsibilities

Recruiting, interviewing, vetting and hiring of contract attorneys
Payments to attorneys and handling of any/all tax and other issues
Providing bi-weekly invoices and Billing Authorization Forms (time sheets) for all Attorneys with daily itemization of
hours and work description
Working with client to coordinate interviews, project start-up and training
Ongoing Project Management support
All JurisClerks' Attorneys have computers and high-speed Internet access
All JurisClerks' Attorneys are US-based, educated and licensed
